WHO IS JOHN?
I wear a few different hats, but don't we all?
I am a Son, Student, Operator, Manager, Engineer,
and now, a Handyman.
I grew up in my family's construction business. From the trenches to the office, my dad taught me foundational lessons of attention to detail and clear communication with our clients.
Fast forward a few years and I was an aeronautical engineer for a Fortune 500 defense contractor. Even in this huge business, my dad's lessons still applied. Excellence in effort, timeliness and clear communication are key no matter the line of work.
This brings me to the present chapter; after resigning from engineering and some time spent searching, I became a handyman.
I love being a handyman. I love helping others and love putting a smile on their face with a job well done.

Our Approach
Our approach to small home projects is a little different than most. We know how hard it is to find contractors that are trustworthy much less even those that will show up on time or just return phone calls. Our approach seeks to honor our clients with top service that is not rushed while charging a fair price. This way, we are focused on taking care of the needs of our clients instead of cutting corners for the bottom line.

We use the hour block approach to pricing.

How it Works

Our hour block approach to pricing is very similar to what you would expect from a rental company. In this case you are reserving our services for a certain amount of time on a specific date.
02.
These three time blocks encompass the time that most small projects require to be completed.
03.
If a project will take longer than what is shown here, an estimate will be provided for the expected project length.
